Payment Method: Payments are accepted through PayPal, Credit Card, or Stripe. Payment is expected within 7 days of items being added to your basket. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.
We also accept Direct Payments (Money transfer BACS). If you prefer this payment method, please contact us first.
Postage & Packing Charges: Shipping charges are based on the weight of the total order. For orders weighing 2kg and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping. Orders exceeding 2kg will be charged according to the total weight. Your shipping cost will always be visible on the "Check-Out" screen before you complete your payment.
Delivery: Items will be posted on the same working day if payment is received and cleared before 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will be posted on the following day. We have three postal collections each working day.
We typically use 2nd class Royal Mail for small items. Depending on weight and size, we may also use third-party couriers. We select the best option unless you specify otherwise when placing the order.
Providing your email and phone number is essential for courier notifications. Receiving messages from couriers gives you advance notice of delivery with options such as leaving the parcel in a safe place, delivering to a neighbor, or scheduling for the next day if you won't be home.
Claims of Non-Received Orders: All orders are sent with tracking. If an order isn't received, we'll work to find out from the third-party delivery service what happened to your parcel. If we're informed it's delivered, we'll request written confirmation and proof of delivery. In such cases, we seek reimbursement from the third party (if undelivered or damaged) and then refund or replace the missing order. If a customer denies receiving an order (according to the third party) and takes issue with it, any investigation or legal action taken by the third party isn't within our control.
Returns Policy: Any returned product must be sent back with a tracking number. Return arrangements must be agreed upon with the seller prior to sending. If the product is damaged, the courier may arrange for collection.
If a product is returned due to a change of mind, the return postage cost isn't refundable, and the original postage cost to the buyer will be deducted from any refund. If the returned product has been opened (cellophane, security tag, or tape), it's no longer sellable as new, and only a partial refund will apply.
All returned products are unpacked under video recording, showing the postage label first. To date, we haven't had any returns.
